 Arena betting IDEA

What does everyone think about this idea?

I think another great way to get the game started, and revolving the action in a way where it is like
a card game, would be to make the Arena more advanced.



Alow for 3 different arenas, Low level, mid level, and high level, how it is now.



Then in the Dungeon Server, make that a GLOBAL / Free for all, so its the main arena in the game.





When the first person enters the arena, what happens is, who ever is first to step on the Arena and
enter it, is able to setup the Config / settings of the fight.



The options should include a few options, in order to make it customizable.



1.) The player can Enable a admission cost to the arena, the admission can be Plat/Tokens/ or item's.




So let's say I Enable, the admission of, 1 reditus amulet.

Now if anyone want's to join the next arena match, everyone has to pay 1 reditus amulet, in order to
join the match, and of coruse all the items that are added into the pot, are given back to the player's.




So if only 2 people join the arena match, then winner takes all.

As soon as you reach 6 players, 1st and 2nd take all the winnings,

75% to first, and 25% to 2nd

or 66%/33% what ever alows for the items to be distributed smoothly. because if you have 7 players in
the game, you will have 7 reditus amulets, which will be a odd number, the 1st place should always take
the breakage.



So if 7 players join the match first place should win 5 reditus, because 7 * .75 = 5.25 and you want
to round it down to the nearest.



So 2nd place wins 3

with 6 players, First place wins 4, 2nd place wins 2, ETC..



As soon as you have 10 or more players,

1st place should take 50%, and 2nd place should take 30% and 3rd place should take 20%





Only blank item's can be wagered, because the system should only match all bets ITEM VS ITEM, and PLAT
VS PLAT, and TOKEN VS TOKEN.



The creator of each match is able to set how many rounds / points are required to win the match.



You should also be able to ENABLE or DISABLE Non Drop potions to be given to everyone joining the fight.




So I can ENABLE, each player to recive 25 Non Drop non trade Maximus Potions, and 25 non drop non trade
Mederi Wands,and these potions can only be used inside the Arena, and are only available inside the arena.




You can also enable Non drop Non trade Trans wands,

There should be a limit of 255 MAX, per item.

You can also enable Non drop non trade Sanctus scroll, and Non drop non trade Max amulets, but these
are limited to 3 MAX in the arena.





Players can do these battles, with even a 5G min entry, so the cost of admission doesnt have to always
be expensive.



Most importantly, players can create FREE ROLL battles, where the price pool is funded by the creator,
optionally.







I was thinking maybe the arena can be expanded 2X the size maybe even 4X or 8X the size

So anyone joining the battle, gets registed into the event, and as soon as all the players join the
battle, a message box will pop up and say, Pepare for battle, and the player has to click, (READY TO
BATTLE) in order to enter the battle"

I dont like this idea of arena cost with items/gold that go to the winner & second place, it will make rich people richer :-/

By the way, why you placed so much spaces between lines? No need.

Lol winner takes 4 reditus amulets, nah..

Im not sure how this system is going to work.. but maybe grinding out some wins for pvp arena should grant you PvP gear for a week or 2, or materials to buy PvP gear for a week/2.

Small lil pvp rings for lvl 20s-30s or like enhanced versions of 20-30 weapons/armor

It would be cool, if it was like World Of Warcraft also, how you can win PVP point's and shop for ARENA items!
(These items can be used any where in game, not just the arena)

THE Point of this seems to be allow players to setup Fights betting gear/plat

which im all for

its entirely up to whoever to bet your gear/plat/items

no one is forcing you

I think if this will be added to the game, it will be forgotten like the gambling in T3 near to castle.

nah i dont think it would be forgotten if it was done properly


Say players could setup Duel/pvp rules

no white elixirs
no outside buffs etc etc

then have a window for "Staked items"

where you can place what you wanna bet in the pvp

after Bet has commenced the 2 players will be teleported to set area

with set ammount of pots 100meds xxx transwands, 100ragies,vbs 100maxis

for example
