 Xen 2.0 doesn't assign me an account number.

When I start the game up for the first time in Xen 1.0, an account number is automatically generated and assigned to me and I am asked to select a password and whatnot. In Xen 2.0, the account number always reads 0, I am not assigned one and cannot play the game at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

Does it not let you create a new account in the account page?

It does not. Even if I go to "Setup existing account", then type in "NEW" and press the "NEW Account" button, the account number always remains at zero. This happened 6 months ago when I posted about it on my old computer, and even on my new computer this is still happening.

Can't get the account to change from 0 no matter what I do.

Did you try completely deleting and re-installing.

Yes, this has happened across multiple installs on multiple computers.

It sounds like the client isn't contacting the server. Perhaps a firewall is blocking it?

No reply a week later. Am I just SOL? I'm just really stumped as to why Xen 1.0 assigns me a new account number upon startup for a fresh install, but Xen 2.0 won't do so.

I sent you a response, maybe you didn't put the proper return email when you filled out the website form. I will reboot that server this morning, maybe that will help.
