anyone else getting the geforce 1080 or 1070 when that gets released?? Already sold my 980Ti for 450$ and getting the evga version of the 1080. http://www.evga.com/articles/01007/evga ... -gtx-1080/Update: got my overclocked/supercooled card coming in the mail for a cheap $649.99. What some people spend on Xenimus each year. lol

proably not other people know that a graphic card lasts longer then 1year
not to mention it would be cheaper to go SLI with dual 980ti and would still preform better then the new 1080 and you would get more bang for your buck
but if your going to sli the 1080 thats another story but thats a waste of money lol

980Ti is still priced at anywhere from 589.99 to 799.99 for the Hydro Copper.
Meanwhile the 1080 is 699 for founders edition and 599 for the upcoming release of non-founders edition cards. EVGA versions will be from 599.99 to 699.99.
Only a kid would buy the 980Tis to SLI when the 1080s are in the same exact price range. Lol But then again, its you.

They are already released... First three waves have already been sold and sold out instantly. First wave was May 27th, the official release date.
980 Tis are still $650. Will they drop in price sure. Eventually as all gpus do.
No reason to troll this post with that stupid pic being 1million font size because you've spent more money on Xenimus houses than the cost of a gpu. (edit mod removed the troll pic. Ty)

And yeah used on ebay/amazon, etc. I sold mine for $450.00. I know you can get them used/trash quality for that price. That's how you rip people off with old cards to get a new one =)

Waiting to see if MSI will put out a red 1080 so I can go with my red pc build for games and presentations.
Red PCs are 3 times as fast as normal PCs.

Waiting for the 1080 Ti. I don't want to be one of the people that bought a 980 GTX, only for a 980 Ti to release for the same price, and be a good 30% more powerful. 1080 Ti will stomp the 1080 GTX, and be the same price I'm sure, or close.
