Here's a bunch of insane rules you have to pay 25p to follow.
Oh, by the way, I am a hypocrite and am not required to follow the rules I am putting forth for others to follow.
Excellent job Weapon X, is this your latest scam? Take 25p from people and then kick them for breaking the insanely restrictive rules? How are your guild members supposed to trade? Make friends? Recruit new guild members?
It's like you want them to pay you 25p to become dependent upon you.
