Post low level capes
not sure if this applies to all capes, but i found a level 12 cape ... the one with lethal on it and it had glide

i was so happy because its pretty cool to fly around... after flying around for a couple minutes i put into storage to go level...

a link member asked about that same prop... i go into my storage to show him what it does and the cape no longer has glide???

is this a bug or intended to be used for so many times before glide dissapears?

its like that on purpose, only like adept cape+ keep the prop.
