 Cast Speed on Stats Screen (non-priority/cosmetic)

For whatever reason, the display is incorrect. Also my cast speed is virtually better when casting on a skeleton or person. But below is the summary of the issue:
(not a huge bug since the mechanics work correctly)

I put on 2x Vis Velocitas and my att/cast speed display is: 0.83/0.67 (should be faster than below)

I put on 2x Vis Mederi Rings (in the place of the VVs - its the only thing I change) and my att/cast speed display is: 0.95/0.79 (should be slower than above)

Props on VVs:
4% attack speed
4% cast speed
+2 Armor
Additional Props:
2% attack and cast speed

Props on VMs:
+6 regen HP
+6% Maximus Chance
+8% Base HP
Additional Props:
first ring: 4amp + chaotic hidden prop (already have chaotic on my gloves)
second ring: 2amd + bonus armor

Count the speed on your gear too

Once again, I say the only things I am swapping out are the 2 rings. everything else remains the same. Why do I need to count speed on the other gear, its moot.

Unless, the cast and attack speed displayed is actually the global cool down for attacks. or the interval for attacks.

It is slower lol. Its .12 slower. It starts at 1.00, so if u have 40 cast speed it will read .60

Oh I see, it is cast time, not cast speed. So the label on that should say "Attack/Cast Time" instead of "Attack/Cast Speed", lol was so confused.

yes,its speed,lower number is better,it doesnt directly translate but if you think of 1.00 as being 1 second or 1 game tick or w/e parameter,then in your original example it is displaying correctly,youre faster with VVs than VMs and the numbers are reflecting this.
