I seem to have pretty extreme mouse acceleration in Xenimus. Anyone know how to turn it off? I've tried both pointer precision check/unchecked in mouse settings. I've got a Rival 300 mouse and no acceleration on in Windows(8) or any other games.

Not sure about OP but I have tried just about every individual tick on the slider. Being about 4 ticks from the left seems to be the closest to "neutral" (allowing me to use my mouse settings at the mouse driver level).

Yep it changes the speed, but the mouse acceleration stays no matter what. Mouse acceleration seems turned off overall and I don't have the issue in Windows or other games. Maybe I need to try every tick on that slider like Curious Kat has, will see. Any other tips would be appreciated. @kudzoo I have a Steelseries Rival 300

Xenimus does not accelerate the mouse. You can adjust mouse speed in the game options. Actual mouse acceleration is a windows feature that you can adjust.

Hi EJ, thanks very much for the reply.

I believe I have mouse acceleration disabled on the operating system level. In other games I have no issue, but in Xenimus something feels very "wrong". I can't put my finger on it. I play with the mouse settings daily.

Is there anything I can submit as objective evidence that could help show what I mean?

My mouse has always been a slightly different speed in Xenimus, but I used the in game slider to adjust it to match my normal mouse output.
