 Black flashing at edges of dirt/grass

Post Black flashing at edges of dirt/grass
Ever since I got my new laptop I get this issue with black boxes flashing right where the dirt/grass meet. It causes me to lag and eventually the game crashes. If I'm anywhere else I'm fine.
Had no issues using my old laptop, anyone else get this issue?
