 Tool Bar / Map / Buff Icons upgrade

EJ have you put any thought into the tool bar lately? With talk of steam I think it would be a good idea to upgrade the graphics on the tool bar(cooler hp/mp bars, maybe some kind of graphic that fills up instead of just 2 solid bars). An upgrade to buff graphics is also needed, and add a small timer on top of each buff or the option to show timers.

That brings me to the mini map and main map. I think both are a bit lackster when it comes to showing the true potential of what Xenimus has to offer. A much more detailed map and mini map would be a great addition.

The first thing people are going to see when checking out screen shots of your game is how the game is presented to you, and I think the current HP/MP bars and buff icons are really out dated and don't offer any kind of jaw dropping coolness to it (most make there own twist on it which draws players in).

Also timers are still a bit wonky right now on all the CD's for skills.

Not a bad idea. I will look around for a gui package I could buy and see what I find.

Sweet I didn't know it could be that easy! Maybe try and find something you can use with boss HP bars too?(So there HP bar doesn't look exactly the same as the users HP bar).

Got any links to the ones you seen Loki? I love checking stuff like that out, honestly I'd be quite interested in finding quite a bit more.

I think EJ needs to revamp the entire screen you are looking at while playing Xenimus. HP/MP Bars would be just the beginning if it were up to me. I have tons of ideas for stuff like this but idk if EJ is interested in it, most topics like this don't gain much traction.

There's so many of these types it's just finding a style, or individual elements if thats what you prefer.

ALOT of the ones on asset store are nice but change the way xenimus would look and feel.

This one keeps is looking similar but still an upgraded look.

I'lll post more after work.

Also like the Quest Dialog box. Quest Log could use a much more upgraded/ detailed look so its not all crammed into 1 page like it is now. Maybe have 3 pages totalm for quest log.

1. Shrines + Jeloc Shrines
2. Bosses Killed (update it with more bosses like DD bosses, etc)
3. Status (Fierce/Betrayals/chest pulls)

I think one of the main ui improvements needed is on quest-progress indicators. Some appear above head as if you typed it, some appear in your quest log, some as a number on a stack of items in your inventory. This would be much better off standardized so all quests showed their progress in the same way, and all shown as a permanent piece of text always present on-screen somewhere out of the way.
