Take all or most of the equip level 65 items that are under item lvl 90 and lower then to equip level 61, 62, 63, 64.

A lot of this stuff goes unused because ALL of the good/high end gear is also 65 equip.

Things like Diabolic plate, Diabolic Boots, Diabolic Wand, Shroud Boots, Shroud Hat, Dirus Cloak, Dirus Chain, Moon Robe, Bow of Lethal Speed, Holy Power Shield, Triton Halberd, Ominex Warrior Gloves, etc

should really be equip level like 62, 63, 64.

There is a gap in level 60 and level 65 equip items. And most of the Equip 65 items are unused on the lower item level aspect.

Agreed! Or remove level requirements on those items. Allow people to level a new character faster if they have the gear. Also would allow new players to get help faster.
