@Ej - I guess im confused on the part about the ultra item - i thought those items were supposed to be rare but over the past 3 months no one has found 1 - and people do farm - with the intent that its 1 per Character should be a little more obtainable? you get an ultra item after 3 - 10 years. Or i could even understand a monthly event. for Ultra power.

It's possible the item isn't as good as E.J. thinks it is, and it got vendored to saved wealth. Last time claws were brought up he thought they were a really powerful item. /shrug without more information there is no way to identify how long it might take to get one of these items, how much you would need to farm, how lucky you'd need to be, if you would even want to wear it ect.

Hard for me to judge whether these types of things are good or bad. I'm not a huge fan of rare ndnt items that are RNG impossible to obtain though in general.

I agree i think they should be quest obtainable - killing Velenthra allows for a urn to drop u can turn the urn in for the item or something.

The only thing I've discovered in the last two years of playing, is pure non-stop botting. I've reported it several times to several different people, but no one cares. However, this particular coconut has been going at it in overdrive speeds as of recently and it's just becoming laughable

The thing is, it's not 2001 and people are using more than macros to bot.

When the program detects another player within its radius, it instantly teleports to another mark and repeats the process. You won't ever 'catch' it because it instantly ports the second a person comes onto the screen (in FP radius). But you can randomly sit at their veil marks three-star invis and watch the program instantly-port them away over and over again for no apparent reason.

Spend some time at mid veil and it will become very obvious for you.

i think the bigger issue is the way gear is obtained now adays Bosses/ndnt gear being a big issue

i do think gear should be more rare BUT i think you should be able to find any piece of gear anywhere like in the past

as for adding more gear i dunno the gear ingame already is strong and pvp is still far from being balanced




and ej a big part with your ultra rare super powerful items is they tend to be sold for $$ causing the game to literally become pay to win

i know this isnt something you can combat aside from making items easy enough to get that people dont want to spend their real life money to get them

but when players use IRL cash to get gear it invalidates the hard work of those that dont

This is not true, people who have spent a lot of time to keep up with the gear buyers will get slapped too.
