A function for EJ that would give him insight into ingame activity and allow him direct observation of those playing.

This function should give corsix aka a super admin character the ability to walk through walls, go completely invisible, cannot be seen by monsters or players, cannot be targeted, cannot be sensed, can enter teleports with text using a -allowallportals, to have a -floatplayeridxxxx which sends him to a player and can observe them directly undetected which shows Hp/mp damage in and out.

This will give ej a easy way to observe and learn what we are doing or experiencing.

He already has this and has watched and frozen multiple people in the past while doing this.
